Dutchmen Ranch Environmental was founded in 2024 by Troy Cuellar, driven by a vision for excellence in environmental services. The origins of Dutchmen Ranch Environmental trace back to Troy 's distinguished military career, which began in 2007. During his service, Troy specialized in hazardous materials (hazmat) management, gaining invaluable experience that would shape his future endeavors.

Upon leaving the military, Troy joined SpaceX, where he continued to hone his expertise in hazmat management. His time at SpaceX further solidified his commitment to safety and innovation. In 2018, Troy earned a degree in Fire Science, reflecting his dedication to advancing his knowledge and skills.

In 2019, Troy transitioned to a role as a field supervisor at an environmental company, where his leadership and strategic insight quickly became evident. By 2021, his exemplary performance led to his many successful roles, with multiple companies under his stewardship, those companies flourished, generating over $12 million annually.

Inspired by a visit to Colorado and fueled by a desire for new challenges, Troy and Thomas decided to leverage their combined expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to establish Dutchmen Ranch Environmental. Dutchmen Ranch Environmental represents the culmination of years of experience, dedication, and a commitment to delivering top-tier environmental solutions.
